Makaa is preparing construction of hotel with area of 3,300 sqm in Łódź for THI

Makaa architectural office has prepared a design for the development of a property with an area of 600 sqm on Narutowicza Street in Łódź, in the area of the intersection with Sienkiewicza Street. The investment is to entail the construction of the Breath-In Hotel with an area of 3,300 sqm. The land, the asking price for which had been established at 1.1 million PLN net, was purchased last year by THI. ■
