Think Construction and Kamieniarz will build next stage of residential complex in Warsaw for nearly 100 million PLN

Mennica Polska (Polish Mint) has entrusted the consortium of Think Construction and Kamieniarz Tadeusz Modliński with a contract worth 95 million PLN, concerning construction of four multi-family residential buildings, designated as N1, N2, N3, N4 at the "Bulwary Praskie" residential complex on Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw. As we reported in PREM 1173, Firma Budowlana Marek has signed a contract worth 222 million PLN with Mennica Polska, concerning the general contractorship of multi-family residential buildings designated as: P1, P2 (P2A, P2B), P3, P4 – „Block P"), and O1, O2 (O2A, O2B) O3, O4 – „Block O", along with underground parking garages, also belonging to "Bulwary Praskie" on Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw. The entire complex is to comprise approx. 4,000 flats. The investor collaborated with BBGK Architekci on obtaining permits. ■
