Tian Yu/Recca is going to build Maritim hotel complex in Szczecin

A consortium of Tian Yu and Recca Investment has signed a franchise agreement with the German Maritim chain, concerning a complex on Lake Dąbie in Szczecin. We first wrote about the investment, which has an estimated value of 1 billion PLN, in February of this year.
The enterprise, designed by PZ Studio Paweł Zaremba, is going to consist of the construction of the Maritim hotel with 458 rooms, a conference section for 1,500 attendees (46,000 sqm), the "Spinaker" apartment building with 266 units (21,000 sqm) and "Marina Dąbie," to be built by the Sun&Sail Foundation, which has ties to Tian Yu and Recca. Let us recall that in May of last year we informed about UW Service, with a bid of 8.7 billion PLN, winning the tender procedure organized by Sun&Sail for the contractorship of a yacht port on Żaglowa Street. ■
