Tobility is going to build apart-hotel with cubature of 35,000 meters³ in Stegna

In the 3rd quarter of this year, Tobility is planning to begin construction of holiday apartments on 6 Brzozowa Street in Stegna (Pomorskie Province). The 1st stage of the investment, named "Bursztynowe Apartamenty" ("Amber Apartments"), is going to entail the construction of a 3-story building (with one additional underground level) with a cubature of approx. 35,000 meters³, with 94 units with usable area of 35-73 sqm each, as well as spa facilities including saunas, a swimming pool, a restaurant, recreation facilities for children and adults, a conference room, and a gym. Design of the enterprise, the construction of which is to be finalized in the 1st quarter of 2023, has been developed in collaboration with Aringa and BConcept. The second stage is to entail the construction of a slightly smaller building. ■
