Torpol offers to build ski center in Szklarska Poręba

Two bids – from Torpol (139.8 million PLN gross) and Budimex (183.1 million PLN) – have been submitted in a tender, issued by the Dolnośląski Park of Innovation and Science (DPIiN), concerning the general contracting of the Cross-Country Skiing and Biathlon Center in Szklarska Poręba-Jakuszyce (Dolnośląskie Province). The investment, pertaining to a property with an area of nearly 6 ha, along with building development with an area of 5,000 sqm, is to be carried out over a period of 19 months. Design documentation has been prepared by the consortium established by ETC Architekci and Miastoprojekt Wrocław. ■
