Torus commences construction of office building with area of 12,800 sqm, designed i.a. by APA Wojciechowski, in Gdańsk

Torus, as the investor and general contractor, has commenced construction of the Punkt office building in the area of Nad Stawem and Żołnierzy Wyklętych streets in Gdańsk. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned in 2019 and 2020, is going to entail the construction of a building with a cubature of over 71,000 meters³ and a lease area of 12,500 sqm. Let us recall that the chief architect is APA Wojciechowski Trójmiasto. The design of the structure has been developed by PF-Projekt. The shell structure is to be carried out by Marex Budownictwo. ■
