Totalbud is going to build multi-family housing outlet

Syrena Invest has entrusted Totalbud with the construction of a multi-family outlet at 63 Mińska Street in Warsaw-Praga Południe. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a building with 156 apartment units, with areas ranging from 27 sqm to 102 sqm and 9 service outlets on the ground floor. The investment, which was designed by architect Sylwester Wójcik from AMP Atelier, is going to be put to use in the second quarter of 2021. ■
