Totalbud will carry out multi-family building

Totalbud has been chosen as the general contractor of the "Poniatowski Park" residential building, which Liberty Investments is going to build on Rembielińskiego Street in Łódź. The enterprise, to be completed by the 1st quarter of 2023, is going to entail the construction of a building with a total area of 7,500 sqm, a usable area of 3,300 sqm (61 flats), and a cubature of over 23,700 meters³. The design has been developed by the NOW architectural office. ■
