Totalbud will carry out multi-family building with 40 flats in Warsaw

Syrena Invest has chosen Totalbud as the general contractor of a multi-family residential building on 7 Racławicka Street in Warsaw-Mokotów. The 5-story building is going to comprise 20 flats and 19 investment units, as well as one business unit on the ground floor. The investment is scheduled to be put to use at the end of next year. Let us recall that, as we reported in PREM 1103, Totalbud is also building a residential complex with 61 flats, based on a design by the local architectural office 90 Architekci, on 54 Klukowska Street in Warsaw-Targówek for Syrena Invest. ■
