TOYA acquires a logistics centre near Warsaw from Hillwood

Hillwood Polska has signed a preliminary agreement to sell the Hillwood S8 Warsaw South logistics centre to TOYA S.A. The project is being developed in the municipality of Żabia Wola near Warsaw. The investment comprises a warehouse building with office and administrative space, as well as accompanying infrastructure. The facility is in the final stage of development, and its total usable area amounts to approx. 57,800 m². The acquisition is intended to support the expansion of TOYA S.A.'s logistics facilities and improve the efficiency of the company's warehousing and distribution processes. "The sale of the Hillwood S8 Warsaw South project confirms the continued strong interest in high-quality logistics assets in strategic locations. We are pleased that the investment will support the further operational development of TOYA S.A.
