Transgourmet bought over 12,5 hectares in Gliwice for construction of Selgros logistics center

Transgourmet Polska has purchased the property of the now defunct Sośnica- pole Wschód mine at 122 Sikorskiego Street in Gliwice from ŚCL (Silesian Logistics Center). The property, with an area of over 12.5 ha, has been offered for sale for approx. 8 mln PLN. The property is zoned for logistics-warehouse activity. Let us recall that Trangourmet deals with the wholesale supply of grocery products. The company manages a distribution center in Ożarów Mazowiecki near Warsaw and the Selgros retail chain. ■
