Trasko Invest to develop an office and service complex in Wrocław

Trasko Invest has been appointed as the general contractor for a complex of office and service buildings prepared for development by Mazur Sp. z o.o. on a property located at 116 Krzemieniecka Street in Wrocław. It is worth recalling that in March this year, the investor reported efforts to obtain permits for the development of a 2.5-hectare site, partially occupied by a warehouse, into a complex comprising a sports services building with gastronomy and retail areas, an office building with service and warehouse functions, and a recreational facility with technical infrastructure. The project parameters have been set at over 11,000 m². The architectural partner is Zbigniew Walas (Architektura Nova).
