Trasko Invest to develop the 17,000 m² Silesiana retail park in Dzierżoniów

Trasko Invest will act as the general contractor for the Silesiana retail park, a project prepared by Redkom Development for construction in Dzierżoniów (Lower Silesia Province), at Batalionów Chłopskich Street. As previously reported in January this year, Redkom was advancing preparations for the investment. The architectural design of the 17,000 m² GLA complex was developed by the Alfa Design and Investment Services Studio. In December last year, the company Mabrok obtained the building permit and was involved in the sales process for the project. Mallson Polska is overseeing the commercialization. We also previously reported on other retail development plans in the vicinity of Batalionów Chłopskich Street, including projects by P.A. Nova in cooperation with Woźniak Projekt and Leroy Merlin, as well as by Retail Invest – a subsidiary of Falcon Investment Management – with the participation of MOFO Architekci, among others. ■
