Trasko Invest is general contractor of apartment building with approx. 300 flats for Vantage in Wrocław

Trasko Invest has signed a contract with Vantage Development concerning the general contracting of a multi-family residential building at 36 Legnicka Street in Wrocław, near Strzegomskiego Square. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of an 11-story building with 290 rental flats and with service premises on the ground floor. The investment, designed by Group-Arch, is to be finalized by 2023. ■
