Tree commences preparations for construction of Lakeside

Tree is carrying out demolition works on the University Business Center I building at 2 Szturmowa Street in Warsaw. The Lakeside office building, with a lease area of approx. 24,000 sqm, will be erected in this location. According to our findings from February of this year, the design has been developed by Grupa 5 Architekci. The general contractor has not been chosen. Let us recall that we have reported on the administrative preparations for the investment, conducted by Haverhill Investments, whose shareholder is the Belgian company Atenor. We have also written that Atenor signed a contract concerning the taking over of the "University Business Center" office complex (approx. 30,500 sqm) on Szturmowa Street in Warsaw. ■
