Trefl is seeking designer and contractor for an industry hall with usable area of 6,000 sqm in Podłęże near Kraków

Until August 7, Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków playing card producer will be collecting bids for the design and general contracting of a production-warehouse building with an office-social section at the investor's factory in Podłęże (Małopolskie Province). The investment will entail construction of a building with a usable area of 6,000 sqm and a cubature of 67,800 meters³. The order is to be carried out by the end of next year. In PREM 918, we reported that Trefl had entrusted TK-Bud with adaptation of a historic printing house with a cubature of 31,000 meters³ and a usable area of approx. 3,000 sqm, located on Cieszyńska Street in Kraków, for office purposes. ■
