Trei RE is going to build shopping center with OBI

Trei Real Estate is obtaining permits for the development of a property with an area of nearly 7 ha on Staroszkolna Street in Bolesławiec (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a Vendo Park retail park with a Biedronka store (development area of approx. 9,200 sqm) and an OBI store (development area of approx. 9,300 sqm). The complex will also include parking lots for 704 vehicles in total. The investment's architectural partner is Wrcoław-based R2 Biuro Projektów Lesław Rubik. Let us recall that we reported on Trei Real Estate purchasing the property in July 2019. ■
