Trei RE buys for 14 million PLN approx. 4.4 hectares of land for construction of shopping center in Skarżysko-Kam

On July 21, Trei Real Estate Poland signed a contract with Rank Progress concerning the purchase of property located in the area of Paryska Street in Skarżysko-Kamienna (Świętokrzyskie Province). The price for the lot with an area of over 4.4 hectares has been established at 14 million PLN net. Vendo Park shopping mall with gla of 8,000 sqm will be constructed there. Let us recall that in January 2011, we reported that Rank Progress had been planning to build a retailcenter with an area of 16,000 sqm on Paryska Street in Skarżysko-Kamienna, in collaboration with BP Niebudek. The concept of the investment has been prepared by Q2 Studio. ■
