7R will build, in cooperation with Goldbeck and Kwadrat bureau, Tuopu factory with area of 30,000 sqm in Poznań

7R is conducting preliminary works on the construction of Europe's first factory of the Chinese company Ningbo Tuopu Group at 7R City Park Poznań in the area of Drewnowskiego Street in Poznań. The general contractor of the facility with an area of over 30,000 sqm is Goldbeck, and the architect is Kwadrat Polska. The building is to be put to use in the 1st quarter of next year. The factory, producing subassemblies for electric cars, is going to employ 450 people. 7R City Park Poznań is eventually going to offer over 50,000 sqm. ■
