Polish Television is seeking contractor for office complex with total area of over 37,000 sqm in Warsaw

October 27 is the deadline for submitting bids with a deposit of 10 million PLN in a tender procedure, issued by the Polish Television (Telewizja Polska), concerning the contractorship of the headquarters of information channels on J.P. Woronicza Street in Warsaw. The enterprise, to be carried out over the period of 36 months, is to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with a total area of 37,300 sqm. Architectural guidelines have been developed by Mąka.Sojka Architekci. Let us recall that in September 2015, we reported that this architectural office won a contest for the development of the concept. ■
