UB Pietrzak is going to build Era Retail Park

Galerie E, a company with ties to Adept Investment, has entrusted Usługi Budowlane Paweł Pierzak with the contracting, in the "design and build" system, of the Era retail park at 135 Strażacka Street in Warsaw, near the Lidl, Biedronka and Rossmann outlets. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a lease area of over 3,000 sqm. Mallson is dealing with commercialization. Let us recall that building permission for the retail outlet at 135 Strażacka Street was obtained last year by Andrzej Cwojdziński from the Elsiec Company, which is registered at this address. Marcin Mańkowski from BM Architekci, which collaborated with Adept Investment on the construction of E retail park in Wieluń and Radomsko, was responsible for design documentation.
Pierzak Budownictwo is also carrying out works on the expansion of Era Park on Warszawska Street in Wieluń (Łódzkie Province). Design works are being conducted now; according to unofficial information the complex is going to be increased by one retail-service outlet. The investor is the company Ikoma Wieluń 2. ■
