United Benefits Holding (UBH) has purchased the Silver Forum office building on Strzegomska Street in Wrocław. The investment, planned on 0.9 ha of land, is going to entail the redevelopment of a building with a lease area of over 16,000 sqm. The new owner is planning e.g. to redesign the façade and to renovate the building's interior. The subsidiaries – Invester as the developer and Ekazent as the asset manager – will be responsible for the works. This is going to be UBH's first investment on the Polish market. The company specializes in the redevelopment, modernization, and repositioning of buildings. The lease will be handled by Cushman & Wakefield. Let us recall that in January 2008, we reported that the building was purchased from Archicom Projekt 7 by GE Real Estate Central & Eastern Europe. ■
