UBM is planning the construction of Timber Park

UBM Poland has received a construction permit for the Timber Park office building, which will be developed in Warsaw within the Poleczki Park complex on Poleczki Street. This project, announced by us in January of this year, includes plans for a 7,800 m² wooden-structured building. Colliers Polska is responsible for the commercialization of the project, and the design concept was developed by Ambient studio. Let us recall that in PREM, we reported on the efforts of Poleczki Development, a company personally linked to UBM Development, to obtain administrative permits for the realization of the "Poleczki Green Park" hotel and service complex in the Ursynów district of Warsaw, near Hołubcowa and Poleczki streets. The procedures concerned plots of land totaling 2.7 hectares, where four buildings (Brussels, Kiev, London, and Rome) are planned with a total built-up area of 9,500 m², heights of 7-8 floors, and a capacity for nearly 2,200 people. The architectural project was prepared by Mąka.Sojka.Architekci, while environmental aspects were managed in collaboration with GTPRO. On adjacent grounds, UBM Development completed the Poleczki Business Park office complex, designed by RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky, with a total area of approximately 200,000 m². ■
