UBM is planning "Noble Residence"

UBM is planning to begin revitalization of a tenement house at 33 Smoleńsk Street in Kraków in order to turn it into a raised-standards apartment building. The "Noble Residence" enterprise is going to entail modernization and upward extension of the building and putting to use 83 apartments, as well as a service section and 49 parking spaces. Permits for an investment in this location were obtained by NEPH, which was planning to carry out works based on a design by Tadeusz Półchłopek (Autorskie Biuro Projektowe ABP). ■
