Uni-Form is supervising JHM's construction of residential complex

Uni-Form is conducting comprehensive investor's supervision over the construction of the "Skandinavia" residential complex in the area of Wielkopolska Street in Gdańsk by JHM Development. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to entail the construction of five buildings with a total of 296 flats. Last year in January, we reported that JHM had entrusted Wama with the contracting of two buildings for 26.8 million PLN. In January 2019, we wrote that JHM Development had purchased a property in the area of Ofiar Grudnia 70 and Wielkopolska streets in Gdańsk-Łostowice. The developer paid nearly 10 million PLN gross for the lot with an area of 1.7 ha. ■
