Uni-Form oversees the construction of Media Expert's logistics center in Łódź

Uni-Form is providing investor supervision for the construction of a modern Media Expert logistics center in Łódź. According to PREM Inwestycje, the project is being developed by Panattoni Europe, with Goldbeck appointed as the general contractor under a BTO (built-to-own) model. The logistics complex, covering 207,000 m², is being built on a 53-hectare site located near the Rypułtowice junction on national road no. 14 and the Pabianice bypass. The investment is valued at approximately PLN 500 million, and once completed, it will create around 300 new jobs. ■
