Uni-Park and Neoinvest want to build laboratory

Kielce Division of the General Management of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) announced that the consortium of Kielce based companies Uni-Park and Neoinvest has offered the lowest price (12.9 million PLN gross) in the tender procedure, concerning the construction of a road research laboratory on the property of the local Roads Administration on Kielecka Street in Brzeziny. Design of the 2-story facility with net area of approx. 2,200 sqm has been prepared by Canea Inżynieria i Komputery Artur Polakowski. The investment is to take 20 months. The other bidders were: Anna-Bud (13.2 million PLN), ZURiP (13.5 million PLN), MG Building (14.5 million PLN), Nowbud (14.6 million PLN), Kartel (14.7 million PLN), Eko-Invest (15.6 million PLN), and Torpol (20.8 million PLN). ■
