Unibep will build „Karuzela” shopping mall in Biała Podlaska with target gla of 32,000 sqm

According to PREM's unofficial findings, Unibep has won a tender concerning the contracting of the "Karuzela" shopping-service gallery in the area of Łomaska, Stodolna and Sportowa streets in Biała Podlaska (Lubelskie Province). Let us recall that the investment is going to entail construction of a complex with a total lease area of approx. 32,000 sqm. The potential tenants include: Intermarche, CCC, Rosmann, Martes Sport, Media Expert, Pepco, Reserved, House, Sinsay, Cropp, Grycan, Świat Książki and Home&You; the center will also house the Agata Meble superstore. The developer is a purpose-oriented company established by Kenosis, Zielona Galeria and Agata Meble; Retail Concept is also taking part in the project. In November of last year we reported that architects Marek Tryzybowicz (Bose International), Małgorzata Reluga and Michał Krzywański (RWK Inżynierowie), Maciej Juniewicz (MJPE Projekty Elektryczne) and Paweł Kusak (PP Projekt) had been collaborating on the investment. ■
