Unibep will build for Grupa Okam, for 65 million PLN net, over 300 apartments in Warsaw

 Unibep has acquired a contract from European Property Spot, company from the Okam Capital group, concerning the general contractorship of the 1st stage of residential complex at the former Pollena factory property on Szwedzka Street in Warsaw. The contract, worth 65 million PLN net, will entail creating 303 flats, 8 service units, and 312 parking spaces in an underground parking garage, in 5-7-story buildings. The works are to be finalized in the 1st quarter of 2020. Let us recall that design of the residential complex, with a total of app. 900 flats, has been prepared by Grupa 5. ■
