Unibep commences construction of 1st stage (251 flats) of “Fama Jeżyce” residential complex in Poznań

Unibep is the general contractor of the 1st stage (251 flats) of the "Fama Jeżyce" residential complex on Jana Henryka Dąbrowskiego Street in Poznań. Let us recall that Wiepofama Development, a company whose shareholder is Unidevelopment, is going to develop post-industrial land with an area of 7.5 ha in collaboration with Monday Development. The property will be used for the construction of a multi-family residential complex with over 2,000 flats. The design of the enterprise has been prepared by HRA Architekci. ■
