Unibep is going to build residential complex in Warsaw

On October 7, Unibep signed a conditional agreement with YIT Development concerning the general contracting of a residential complex on Nałęczowska Street in Warsaw. The value of the works, which are to be finalized within 25 months of the starting date, has been established at 98.8 million PLN net. The "Nordic Sadyba" enterprise, which we initially mentioned this year in September, is going to be carried out in two stages and will entail putting to use a total of 281 flats, 12 business units and 342 parking spaces in an underground parking garage. The design of the complex has been prepared by Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Ogólnego Budopol. ■
