Unibep will construct for Real2B „Quick Park” shopping center with gla of 5,000 sqm in Bielawa near Warsaw

Unibep has informed about obtaining on June 27, from the company RDM Management Konstancin I, a dependent company of Real2B Development, an order for the general contracting of the "Quick Park Konstancin" complex on Warszawska Street in Bielawa (along Provincial Road Number 724), along the border of Warsaw and Konstancin-Jeziorna, near the Konstancja housing estate and the American School of Warsaw. The gross value of the contract is going to reach approx. 45.5 million PLN. The enterprise – the construction of which is going to take a year – is going to consist of three 2-level buildings with a total of 35 units with a lease area of approx. 5,000 sqm, with an outdoor parking lot for 184 parking spaces. As we informed in December 2015, the design of the investment was prepared by Mofo Architekci, while documentation was partly prepared by Konior Studio. ■
