Unibep will build for PPI a residebntial complex with ca. 300 apartments in Warsaw

On June 27, Unibep acquired a contract worth approx. 89.6 million PLN net from Polskie Projekty Inwestycyjne (PPI), a subsidiary of Satoria Group, concerning the construction of a residential complex on Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego Street in Warsaw. The investment will entail the construction of 294 flats, 4 service units, and 394 parking spaces in 8-story buildings. The works are to take 25 months. As we have reported, the design of the complex has been prepared by Dariusz Kurowski from the GCK Architekci workshop, and the choice of contractor was supervised by BOIG The Blue Ocean Investment Group. ■
