Unibep to build a housing estate in Poznań for PLN 53.5 million

Unibep has signed a contract with Vinci Immobilier for the construction of a multi-family residential complex on Smardzewska Street in Poznań. The contract is worth PLN 53.5 million (net), and completion is scheduled for Q2 2027. The development will consist of two buildings with a total of 141 apartments and 213 underground parking spaces. The architectural design was prepared by Easst architects. ■
