Urbaniak Inwestycje will build residential complex with 184 flats in Szcz

Urbaniak Inwestycje announced that by the 1st quarter of 2020, they are going to develop properties on 1 Kaszubska Street in Szczecinek (Zachodniopomorskie Province), purchased from PKS. The enterprise called "Moderno" will entail construction of three multi-family buildings with a total of 184 flats with usable area of approx. 11,500 sqm. The complex will also include an underground parking garage. Design has been prepared by architect Tomasz Wolanin (BP Architraw). ■
