Vantage is going to build 1st stage of office-data center complex with target area of 50,000 sqm in Warsaw

The American corporation Vantage Data Centers is applying for construction permits for the 1st stage of an office-data center complex on 132 Kasprowicza Street in Warsaw-Bielany. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a three-story building with an area of 3,300 sqm on a property with an area of 3.7 ha. The company's partner is Ramboll Polska. The investor's plans concern construction of a complex with a total area of 50,000 sqm gross and the net IT area of 21,000 sqm. Aside from the data center, the complex will also be offering office space, conference rooms, meet-me rooms, and relaxation rooms. ■
