Vantage has prepared construction of residential complex

Vantage Development applied for permission to develop two lots on Międzyleska Street in Wrocław. The property with an area of 4,300 sqm is going to be used for the construction of a multi-family residential building, designed by Majewski Architektura. In 2019, Vantage purchased 50% of shares in the property with a total area of over 4.3 ha on Miedzyleska Street, with the plan to use it for the construction of a residential complex with a total of 780 flats with usable area of 39,000 sqm. ■
