
Vantage Development applied for permission to develop a property with an area of approx. 0.7 ha on 22 Cystersów Street in Kraków. Preparations for the investment are being carried out in collaboration with architects from IMB Asymetria (ATM Asymetria). Let us recall that the enterprise will entail the construction of a hotel-service complex, comprised of three segments with the height of eight stories and with a two-level underground parking garage (with an area of 9,600 sqm, with 260 parking spaces). In November 2021, we reported that Gobarto sold a property on 22 Cystersów Street in Kraków for 23.5 million PLN net for the construction of an apart-hotel. Meanwhile, in 2019, we wrote that Hotel 22, company associated with Gobarto, was planning to use the property for the construction of a multi-family residential complex with a cubature of 50,000 meters3, with 190 flats with usable area of 8,500 sqm. Architectural guidelines for the investment were developed by James & Mau Arquitectura. ■
