Vantage Development purchases 0.6 ha of in Wrocław for construction of office building with total area of approx. 60,000 sqm

Vantage Development purchased a lot at 36 Legnicka Street in Wrocław, near Strzegomski Square, from the Credit Agricole bank. The lot with an area of approx. 0.6 ha is taken up by an office building with a usable area of 3,500 sqm, which is to be demolished. Last year, the local municipality issued the building development conditions for the property, allowing for the construction of a new building with a height of 34 m (10-11 stories) and the dimensions of 49m x 68m (development area of approx. 3,300 sqm). ■
