Trei Real Estate to construct in Bolesławiec a Vendo shopping park with gla of 9,000 sqm

Trei Real Estate has purchased a property with an area of nearly 7 hectares, located on Staroszkolna Street in Bolesławiec (Dolnośląskie Province). The planned enterprise is going to entail the construction of the Vendo Park retail complex with a lease area of over 9,000 sqm, including a grocery store and a DIY superstore (7,300 sqm, designated as Castorama in the visualization). The construction works should begin next year. The developer's representatives informed us that the architectural workshop has not been chosen yet.
Let us recall that last year in November, we reported that Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy Budrem had been chosen as the general contractor of the "Stary Dworzec" retail park, which Antan Development is building at the intersection of B. Chrobrego, Hutnicza and Staroszkolna streets. The property is to be used for the construction of an outlet with a usable area of approx. 5,000 sqm. ■
