Trei bought a plot in Oświęcim for costruction of Vendo Park retail center with gla of 5,300 sqm

Trei Real Estate Poland has purchased from Spec-Bruk a 1.5-ha property on Legionów Street in Oświęcim (Małopolskie Province), along national road number 4, near the Municipal Sport and Recreation Center. The company is planning to build a Vendo Park shopping center with a lease area of 5,300 sqm on the property. The first contract has been signed with the Netto chain. The construction project of the enterprise is being prepared now, with the Plus8.pl workshop dealing with the preparations. The investment is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of next year.
As we informed in PREM 979, the concept of the complex, known at the time under the working name Trio, was prepared by Mallson Polska, which also prepared the entire property for sale. Meanwhile, in PREM 1034 we wrote about Spec-Bruk engaging Plus8.pl studio. ■
