Trei RE is conducting preparations for the construction of a shopping-service center in Szczecin

In September, Trei Real Estate applied for amending the construction permit for a shopping-service center on Policka Street in Szczecin. The enterprise is to entail expanding the complex with a building with a cubature of approx. 16,000 meters³ (from 71,600 meters³ up to 87,700 meters³). The architectural partner is PP Tues.
Let us recall that last year in May, we reported that Trei RE was planning to build a complex of four pavilions with a sales area of approx. 8,000 sqm in Szczecin in collaboration with Tues. The retail park is to include Lidl and OBI stores. ■
