VFM is preparing construction of residential complex

VFM is preparing construction of 1st stage (90 flats) of residential complex on over 3 ha of land in Sochaczew. A subsidiary of VFM Real Estate is currently obtaining permits for the development of a property with an area of over 3.1 ha, located on Głowackiego Street in Sochaczew (Mazowieckie Province), purchased for approx. 8.4 million PLN. The 1st stage of the investment will entail the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with approx. 90 flats. The building development conditions for this property allowed for the construction of four buildings. The design of the "7.Dzielnica" residential complex is being developed by Portyk Architekci. Let us recall that last year in March, we reported that VFM was planning to build a complex with over 500 flats on Olimpijska Street in Sochaczew. Architectural guidelines of the "Pola Czerwonkowskie" residential complex were developed by PIG Architekci. ■
