Victoria Dom is preparing construction of residential complex with 2,150 flats in Gdynia

Subsidiaries of Victoria Dom are obtaining permits for the development of 10.5 ha of land on Morska Street in Gdynia. The enterprise, to be carried out in eighteen stages, is to entail the construction of a complex of 32 buildings with 2,150 flats, with a total usable area of 107,000 sqm. The complex will also include approx. 2,300 sqm of service space and parking lots with an area of 83,000 sqm, including 68,000 sqm of underground parking garages. ■
