Viessmann will build a factory in Legnica

In mid-July, Viessmann Technika Grzewcza obtained a construction permit for a production-warehouse complex in the area of Śmigłowcowa and Schumana streets in Legnica (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise, the total cost of which has been established at approx. 200 million euro, is going to entail the construction of a complex with an area of approx. 50,000 sqm. Architects from Bilfinger Tebodin Poland are collaborating on the investment. Administrative procedures for these lots were also carried out by Panattoni Development. As we have informed, Viessmann had won a tender procedure, concerning the purchase of a property with an area of over 17 hectares. ■
