VINCI Immobilier acquires Warsaw development site

VINCI Immobilier Polska has acquired a plot at 17A Leszno Street in Warsaw's Wola district from Volumetric. The site formerly housed the W-Z cinema and the Fugazi music club. Plans call for a six-storey building comprising 54 apartments, ground-floor commercial units and a two-level underground garage with 58 parking spaces. The development will offer two- and four-room apartments, including units with mezzanines and terraces. It will also feature green roofs, a retention tank and a rainwater reuse system for irrigating landscaped areas. In February 2024, it was reported that a Volumetric subsidiary was obtaining permits for a residential building with a volume exceeding 31,000 m³ at the site. Es-Pro Mariusz Szpotowicz participated in preparing the design documentation.
