Vinci is planning construction of multi-family complex

Vinci Immobilier Development will soon commence construction of a multi-family residential complex on Włodarzewska Street in Warsaw-Ochota. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of six 5-story buildings with a total of 59 flats. The investment, designed by Fiszer Atelier 41, is to be put to use in the 4th quarter of 2024. Let us recall that this year in January, it was reported that Vinci Immobilier entrusted Mar-Bud with the general contractorship of the "Kaskady Krakowska" multi-family building with 102 flats on 285 Krakowska Avenue in Warsaw. ■
