W9 Investment will carry out office building with gla of over 6,000 sqm in Lublin in collaboration with Perfect Bau.

W9 Investment has commenced construction of an office building at 9A Wojciechowska Street in Lublin, near Morelowa and Skromna streets. The enterprise, designed by the EWMA architectural office, is going to entail the construction of a 6-story building with a lease area of over 6,100 sqm, including 2,700 sqm of office space, 2,200 sqm of warehouse space and 1,200 sqm of service space. Construction of the shell structure has been entrusted to Perfect Bau. According to the preliminary schedule, the building should be put to use in the 2nd quarter of next year. ■
