Warbud and Modzelewski & Rodek will carry out works on Neon office building

Warbud (diaphragm walls) and Modzelewski & Rodek (shell structure) have been hired for the construction of the "Neon" office building at the intersection of Grunwaldzka Avenue and Kołobrzeska Street in Gdańsk. The developer of the building with a lease area of over 35,000 sqm is Torus. The building, which will constitute the 4th stage of the Alchemia complex (designed by APA Wojciechowski), is scheduled to be put to use in the second half of 2019. We have reported in PREM that Modzelewski & Rodek acquired a contract for the construction of shell structure of the Argon office building (3rd stage of the Alchemia complex). ■
