Warbud will build complex with area of 40,000 sqm in Jasionka for Eme Aero

Warbud has been chosen as the general contractor of an aircraft engine production-service complex in Jasionka in Trzebownisko a commune (Podkarpackie Province) for Eme Aero. The enterprise will entail the construction of a facility with a total area of 40,000 sqm and a cubature of nearly 480,000 meters³. The works will begin this July and will take until August 2019. Let us recall that this year in May, we informed that EME Aero, whose shareholders are Lufthansa Technik and MTU Aero Engines, had purchased a 16-ha property for 26.2 million PLN gross, for the construction of a factory employing approx. 800 people. The cost of building the factory has been established at 150 million euro. Architect Mariusz Kołwzan (PM Group) is collaborating on the investment. ■
